By downloading or using KnowClimb, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Entertainment and educational use
KnowClimb is a casual knowledge game. Questions and AI-generated material may contain errors or become outdated and must not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other expert advice.
License and acceptable use
AiStudioWorks grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, automate abuse, evade advertising or reward rules, or use the app unlawfully.
Advertising and third parties
The app may display Google AdMob ads. Reward availability, content, and delivery depend on third-party services and connectivity. A reward is granted only after a verified completion event. Third-party services have their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We may modify questions, levels, features, ads, compatibility, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties. AiStudioWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the app, users, legal compliance, or service integrity.
